Our Union Bargaining Team has been meeting with Management’s Team roughly every two weeks, engaging in ongoing discussions and sharing our perspectives on key issues such as training, performance reviews, holidays, holiday rotations, and the transition from Housing Case Manager I and II, among others.
Our Union contract has been extended through May 31, 2026. Management has proposed many minor changes to the contract, which our Union Team is actively reviewing and responding to.
Prior to the merger with LCSNW, our Bargaining Team successfully negotiated a 3% across-the-board wage increase effective January 1, 2026. We remain committed to pushing for continued improvements in wages, benefits, and working conditions.
Our next bargaining session with Management is scheduled for April 28, 2026.
