HIGHLIGHTS:
- Increase to night differential and clarifying language regarding eligibility for night shift differential
- Bilingual differential
- 1% contribution to Employee 403(b) plans through December 31, 2026. Effective January 1, 2027, employer agrees to contribute 2% percent to Employee 403(b) plans through December 31, 2027.
- Both parties have agreed to address wages, and health benefits our economic reopener negotiations scheduled for October 2026.
- Both parties have agreed to address Employer contributions beyond December 31, 2027 in our economic reopener negotiations in October 2027.
