Soon, Kaiser will announce the 2025 PSP bonus payout, and it’s unlikely to reflect the work we put in. So, we’re getting ready to take action.
Workers pushed hard on PSP goals last year, even without timely data, clear communication, or consistent partnership. We asked to be involved in planning and implementation, but were too often left out of the process.
All year, Kaiser used a scorecard to measure PSP goals. Now we’re turning the scorecard around to evaluate how Kaiser partnered with us on each goal — and demanding a $1500 payout for 2025.
Secondly, to succeed in 2026, things must change now: that means getting management on record and resetting expectations by March 15.
Effective partnership can make a huge difference! We know that partnership drives PSP and accountability drives partnership. And it is our unity that drives our Coalition. Most regions did not have the partnership conditions required to reach the PSP goals in our contract—but that is not because frontline workers didn’t do the work.
You and your co-workers know how to deliver on PSP goals and have done it before. Our Coalition is serious about PSP success, but it requires Kaiser to meet partnership commitments.
Bottom line: Management can’t miss partnership obligations all year and expect workers to miss out on PSP pay. Please help support this action by standing with your co-workers and signing below to demand a larger payout and a genuine PSP partnership in 2026:
