After an overwhelming YES vote, we are excited to announce that our agreement is ratified!
What Happens Next
Note: you do not need to do anything — payroll implements all of it.
- Your $1,000 ratification bonus, your back pay, and your new higher rate should all appear by the October 7 paycheck.
- The January 1, 2027 raise (3% for every member, including everyone hired in 2026) follows automatically.
- Every dollar in this agreement is paid within 16 weeks of ratification.
The bonus and back pay are taxed as regular wages, so the amount you take home will be less than the gross. If anything on your October 7 paycheck looks wrong, contact HR or a Union Representative (info below) to help.

This settles wages for 2026 and 2027, with our benefits, retirement, and steps fully protected. Next year we bargain the full contract, and everything we fought for here is preserved and ready for that table. We go again in 2027, together.
