Message to OPEIU Local 8 members at PCHA –
In case you missed it, it’s contract time again! We’re now preparing for negotiations. We are eager to start this process with you. The first step? We need to hear from you what hasn’t been working well or needs to be added/improved.
The deadline to share your bargaining priorities is at 4 pm on Monday, May 11.
WHAT’S HAPPENING:
- Surveying membership to identify priorities and elect a bargaining team
- Holding an in-person Union Meeting at 4:30 pm on Thursday, May 21, at PCHA in the Conf Room (pizza will be provided!)
To ensure your voice is heard and the new contract reflects your priorities, we need your participation in the survey. We’ll use the results to set bargaining priorities, identify workplace solutions, and develop initial proposals. Your responses are confidential and will not be shared with management.
