Update to members at PRMCE sent 1.27.26
Our Bargaining Team has successfully negotiated improvements to non-economic contract language, including:
- A process to remove old disciplines;
- Addressing overtime assignments to ensure equitable access to overtime pay;
- Non-discrimination language creating a transparent investigation and accountability process when members report harassment or discrimination;
- Expanded role and duties of health and safety committee to address workplace violence in addition to OSHA compliance;
- And more!
Our focus now is on the bottom line – wages and compensation. We are striving to reach a deal and look forward to PRMCE arriving prepared to answer vital questions that will help us reach a fair agreement to put more money into every member’s paycheck.
This is Our Union!
Make sure to sign a union card. If you haven’t already, click here to do so. Standing together as a union is how we ensure that we, the workers, have a voice in the workplace including how we’re compensated.
