Update on Overtime
Improved Overtime language will be added to our contract this week, ensuring that all
employees receive time and a half, for hours they take on above their schedule, even if
they are LCSB.
We meet quarterly in Join Labor Management (JLM) meetings like this to improve our
contract outside of regular bargaining.
Next full contract bargaining begins this Spring 2026. Stay tuned!
Appearance Policy
The new appearance policy is now in effect, and it is the duty of Samaritan leadership
to enforce the policy consistently across all jobs and departments. If you are
reprimanded for dress code or see inconsistency around enforcement, please reach
out to one of your union representatives Rose Powers or Byram Simpson.
Drop- in office hours next week
