Our Bargaining Team is a group of our coworkers that represent our interests when negotiating with management. They speak up for what we want and need in our next Union contract.
Together with our bargaining team, we will negotiate improvements in our contract. Things we want to propose like staffing ratios, better pay, and support and protection for immigrants.
Please select up to ten (10) people to represent us at the bargaining table using the link below. Candidates with the most votes will then be determined while also balancing equal representation across location, department, shift, and job type.
