We are starting negotiations for our next contract! Our Bargaining Team met to discuss top issues identified through our bargaining survey. These issues include pay, staffing, medical, and more.
The bargaining team will work on delivering proposals to Sea Mar management, but your involvement is still needed.
Joining us for update meetings, talking to your bargaining team, or being a point person in your department for bargaining updates are all great ways to be active and help toward winning a great contract.
JOIN US TOMORROW NIGHT
The Bargaining Team requests that you attend our meeting to learn about our top priorities, how to stay updated, and learn about the process ahead. We will also have time to answer any questions you may have. We’ll also share a calendar for next steps.
