The members have spoken! The bargaining unit has rejected the County’s proposal.
You made it clear their offer below was unacceptable:
- 1/1/26 – 1% across the board increase
- 1/1/27 – 1.5% across the board increase
- 1/1/28 – 1.5% across the board increase
And sent a strong message that they need to do better!
We have sent notice to the County to come back to the bargaining table — and bring more money with them.
