Our Union Bargaining Team is pleased to announce that all the bargaining unit employees at DRW will receive a 4.6% wage increase retroactive to January 1, 2026

On January 1, 2026, the base salary for exempt (salaried) employees increased under Washington law, and the attorney wage scale needed to be adjusted to meet the new threshold requirement. Your bargaining team successfully negotiated with management so that all bargaining unit employees – not just attorneys – would receive a raise.

Our bargaining team continues to develop and propose new contract language. We have a few more topics we are working on but have shared most of our proposals with management already. We will meet with management’s team again today, Jan. 28, and present another series of proposals. We also hope management’s team will respond to our previous proposals.
